SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

 

1.PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed within 1 business day in order they are received after which it will be shipped to the recipient.  

For Express Delivery and Delivery within 24 hours in Vancouver please make sure all your products are in stock and ready to ship and that your order is placed before 3:00. Orders placed after that time may not have sufficient time for packaging before carriers picks up the packages.

 

2.FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available to customers in British Columbia that place an order above 200$ before taxes. Please note that some out of size items may have additional shipping charge.

 

3.PRODUCT STOCK STATUSES

If you place an order with items that have different stock statuses, for example, one item is In stock and ready to ship and the other is available in 4-10 business days. All the items in your order will be shipped at once on the day that all the missing products are received. If you wish to have a split shipment, a fee will be charged for the second shipment. Please contact us if you need to have a split shipment.

 

4.TRACKING NUMBER

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. You will then be able to track your packages all the way from our warehouse to your door !

EASY RETURN POLICY

 

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Products sold by Thinking About Drinking Ltd. are covered under our 15-day customer satisfaction policy. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Thinking About Drinking Ltd. within 15 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.

 

 

CONDITIONS

Please read all the conditions below. If conditions are not met, Thinking About Drinking Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

 

 

PRODUCT CONDITION

The product should be returned intact and in its original package, which includes: blank warranty cards, manuals  and any item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be denied credit or restoring charges could be applied. 

 

 

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCT

We are sorry that we are unable to offer reimbursement for the following items:  products containing electronics, gift cards,  batteries, oil, aromas, articles on liquidation and delivery fees.  

 

 

SHIPPING COSTS 

Shipping costs are not refundable except in the event that you are returning a product due to a misdelivery or malfunction reported within 15 days. Return costs are supported by the customer except in the event that you are returning a product due to misdelivery or malfunction reported within 15 days. The customer is liable for loss or damage that might happen during return transport. Thank you for using a transport service including insurance. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD). return shipments will not be accepted.

 

 

INVOICE

Before Thinking About Drinking Ltd.  can process your request for return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the electronic invoice.

 

 

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)

No packages will be accepted without a RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization). To obtain an authorization number, contact us. 

 

 

METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT

Once we receive the package and stated that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will refund the amount by the same method of payment your made your purchase with. An email will inform you of the operation. Expect a delay before your refund appears on your credit card statement.

 

 

EXCHANGES

Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping the replacement product.
